Spoon about ½ cup bean mixture onto centre of each tortilla. Top with avocado, spinach, and cheese. For each wrap, fold two sides of wrap over filling, then roll up tightly, ending seam-side down.
Serve with yogurt for dipping.
TIP: Warm wraps in the microwave—place back in Multipurpose Steamer and reheat, covered, on high, 20–30 sec. Or, if you have extra time, line a Sheet Pan with a Bake & Roll. Place wraps seam-side down on pan and toast for 10 min in 350° F oven.
