Preparation


 
  • Whisk first 3 ingredients together in a 8” x 8” x 2” (20 x 20 x 5 cm) glass baking dish.
  • Add salmon and, using silicone tongs, coat with marinade. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C). Place salmon skin side down in baking dish.
  • Bake 8 minutes. Flip and bake an additional 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Tip: Serve with mashed potatoes and your favourite veggies.
