  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Sesame Crunch Topper
  • 1 C (250 ml) rice
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) prepared or light coconut milk
  • 1 tsp (2,5 ml) Sea Salt (Grinder), finely ground
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) 3 Onion Dip Mix

Preparation


 
  • In Multipurpose Pot - 8 C, combine all ingredients.
  • Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer, covered, for 12–15 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  • Fluff with a fork and serve.
