In a large measuring cup, stir cream and milk together, then stir in sugar and agar agar.
Microwave on high, stirring often, until sugar and agar agar dissolve, about 10 minutes. Mixture should slightly thicken. Stir in Vanilla.
Divide mixture between Prep Bowls (set of 4) then chill until firm, about 2 hours. To serve, run a knife around inside edge of each ramekin. Unmold on a plate and garnish with a spoonful of Chia Jam, if desired
