Ingredients


Makes:8 servings
  • 2 C (500 ml) whipping cream
  • 2 C (500 ml) milk
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (22,5 ml) vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) agar agar powder
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Chia Jam

Preparation


 
  • In a large measuring cup, stir cream and milk together, then stir in sugar and agar agar.
  • Microwave on high, stirring often, until sugar and agar agar dissolve, about 10 minutes. Mixture should slightly thicken. Stir in Vanilla.
  • Divide mixture between Prep Bowls (set of 4) then chill until firm, about 2 hours. To serve, run a knife around inside edge of each ramekin. Unmold on a plate and garnish with a spoonful of Chia Jam, if desired
