Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) water
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) sriracha
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Sea Salt (Grinder), freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Black Pepper (Grinder), freshly ground

Preparation


 
  • Whisk first 5 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix in turkey and breadcrumbs. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  • Form into 4 — 1/2" (1 cm) thick patties.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on greased grill over medium-high heat with lid closed, flipping once or until instant read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 175° F (80° C).
  • Serve on crusty buns with lettuce, tomatoes and a dollop of your favourite prepared Epicure Dip.
