Ingredients
14 cup
Christmas Black Tea, strong brewed
1 tsp
Cinnamon Cinnamon
2 lbs (900 g)
apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 tsp
lemon juice
1 tbsp
brown sugar, optional

Preparation
  1. In a Multipurpose pot - 8 cup, bring all ingredients to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer 20 min, until apples are soft and falling apart.
  3. With a hand blender, purée to desired consistency.
Tips

Use as a topping for waffles and pancakes, or serve with Greek yogurt for dessert.
